Sizing varies significantly between brands like Them Skates, Razors, and Roces. We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to the specific size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I return or exchange skates that don't fit?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the skates are in brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on skates that have been rolled outdoors or show any signs of wear.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you provide custom skate building services?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom setups. You can purchase boots, frames, wheels, and bearings separately, and our expert staff will assemble them for you at no extra charge before shipping.
