At Intuition Skate Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your skating experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused gear within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in brand new, resalable condition with original packaging and tags attached; skates must not have been used outdoors.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in a shipping box to avoid damage to the product packaging and mail it back using your preferred trackable carrier.
Processing
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 3-5 business days.
